Class Schedule Information:
- Identify the Kazeon system's role in indexing file and email content and metadata.
- Understand the different kinds of metadata, including custom metadata created using Kazeon's tagging action
- Perform simple and complex searches using the built-in forms and using the Kazeon query language
- Tag search results for relevance to specific matters using Kazeon's custom tagging action
- Copy responsive files to a secure repository
- Put critical files on legal hold
- Use the report facility to identify and chart owners, file types, mail senders and receivers most critical to a particular legal matter
- Download an archive of responsive files and emails
- Export metadata for responsive files and emails to a spreadsheet.
After Class
The student will be able to follow the EDRM model, and utilize the powerful features of the Kazeon IS1200 such as search, reporting and actionable services. These features map into the identification, collection, preservation, and review/analytics processes of the EDRM model.
