Class Schedule Information:
- Identify the various Kazeon products and licensing schemes
- Install the IS-1200 software and perform initial network configuration
- Set up Kazeon identities to be used for Active Directory, CIFS, and Exchange Servers
- Integrate the IS-1200 into an Active Directory domain
- Configure CIFS, NFS , and Exchange repositories
- Configure the Kazeon system to perform basic and deep crawls across data repositories
- Use the Kazeon command-line interface
- Use the end-user search and report capabilities
- Perform tagging, copying and legal hold actions in the search and report interfaces
- Use custom extraction and assignment rules
- Describe the integration of IS1200 with Symantec Enterprise Vault
- Describe the NetApp-specific features of IS1200 (NetApp Retention Manager and SnapSearch)
- Perform backup and recovery operations for the NetApp configuration data and database
- Describe tools used for basic troubleshooting
After Class:
Students will feel comfortable being able to install and configure a Kazeon IS1200-FRM or Kazeon IS1200-ECS in their environment and be able to perform crawls, searches, run reports, and perform actionable services.
