As a leader of the Kazeon QA team, this candidate must be a self-starter capable of reviewing QA processes and test plans, understand product technology, capabilities and weakness and lead other team members to continually improve the breadth and depth of test coverage.

Responsibilities:

The following tasks and responsibilities will be central to this role:

• Responsible for understanding product technology and capabilities
• Responsible for function, load and stress testing.
• Responsible for reviewing and improving test planning and processes
• Identifying test case escapes and gaps
• Identifying tools for test coverage analysis
• Review test plans for all new projects to make sure they are comprehensive
• Work with PM to understand customer use cases and fold them into test plans

Required Skills:

The following skills are essential for this role:

• Strong technical background; demonstrated technical domain expertise at current position
• Experience in shipping and supporting large Enterprise Software products
• Strong knowledge of effective QA processes and tools
• Good people and leadership skills
• Ability to interact technically with engineers
• Good skills in Perl and other scripting languages
• BSCS required or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience with progressively increasing responsibilities
• Experience leading QA teams of 10+people a big plus
