Farrah Pepper, Esq. to join EMC’s All-Star eDiscovery Super Session at LegalTech in New York.

Farrah Pepper, Esq. is of counsel and vice chair of Gibson Dunn’s Electronic Discovery and Information Law Practice Group

Farrah Pepper, Esq. of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is of counsel in  the firm’s Litigation Department.  Ms. Pepper is Vice Chair of the firm’s Electronic Discovery and Information Law Practice Group.   She is also a member of the firm’s Crisis Management and the White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Groups.

Ms. Pepper was  founder and chairperson of the firm’s Electronic Data Discovery Initiative, a global task force devoted to issues of electronic discovery and information law, which was recently transformed into the firm’s Electronic Discovery and Information Law Practice Group.    Ms. Pepper regularly publishes and presents around the country on the topics of electronic discovery and information law.

Ms. Pepper is a member of industry organizations including The Sedona Conference® Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production. The Sedona Conference® Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure,  the American Bar Association (ABA) Committee on E-Discovery and Digital Evidence, the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Committee on Electronic Discovery and the New York chapter of Women in eDiscovery.
