What: At LegalTech New York 2010, legal industry luminaries will join
EMC Corporation in a series of educational sessions focused on topics that include early case assessment, authenticity and admissibility, the future of e-discovery, bringing e-discovery in-house and internal investigations.
Who: The Honorable Andrew J. Peck and The Honorable Frank Maas will be speaking in a panel titled “The Ten E-Discovery Commandments: The Judges Speak” to be moderated by Andrew Cohen, Vice President and General Manager of E-Discovery and Compliance at EMC. Other noted speakers include:
