SourceOne eDiscovery – Kazeon at 8th Annual eDiscovery Conference in New York

EMC SourceOne eDiscovery – Kazeon will be attending IQPC’s 8th Annual eDiscovery Conference in New York December 7th through the 9th.

As we know, eDiscovery is an extremely pressing issue right now and gaining serious attention from General Counsel, CIOs and top business executives, exemplified by a recent cover story by Information Week. The rules may now be more clearly defined and the case law maturing; however, as Electronically Stored Information continues to proliferate and courts and investigators demand more from businesses, the cost issues are just not going away.  IQPC’s 8th Annual eDiscovery event, electronic discovery conference gathers industry leaders together to explore the current risks, opportunities and current challenges facing eDiscovery. Taking a strategic look at how best to manage Electronic Stored Information in a proactive, cost-effective and efficient manner, the goal of the event is to provide the necessary tools to make eDiscovery a normal business function rather than a “catastrophic” event.

SourceOne eDiscovery – Kazeon’s own attorney, author, lecturer and eDiscovery expert, Jake Fraizer, MBA, Esq., (“Bringing eDiscovery In-House for Dummies“) will be moderating the prominent legal discussion “Proactive Pre-Litigation Strategies: The 3 C’s – Competency, Candor and Cooperation” during IQPC’s New York event on December 8th at 1:30 p.m. at the Altman building.  The panel will include Steven Teppler, Esq., Co-Chair eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Committee, American Bar Association and Vice Chair, Florida Bar Ethics Committee, Adam L. Rosman, Group Deputy General Counsel, and General Counsel, North America, WILLIS GROUP HOLDINGS, LTD. and The Honorable Frank Maas, U.S. Magistrate Judge, Southern District of New York.

“IQPC’s 8th Annual eDiscovery Conference will be an excellent convergence of legal and IT professionals who are interested in learning the latest advancements in eDiscovery law and technology.  It is one of the major conference eDiscovery professionals should attend,” says J. David Morris, EMC SourceOne eDiscovery – Kazeon Product Marketing.
